Chiefs 3rd in AFC West?

All the football magazines have the Kansas City Chiefs finishing 3rd in the AFC west. They have the Chargers 1st, and the Raiders 2nd. Is this fair? Considering the Chiefs finished first last year in the AFC West. With the spark back in Arrowhead Stadium & the best running game in the league the Chiefs are on their way back to stardom. Not to mention a seriously underrated pass rusher in Tamba Hali. So whats with the professional constant obsessed with the San Diego Chargers? And their new found love in the Oakland Raiders?
