Would you agree Rex Ryan is the best coach in the league?

I'm not a jets fan but I admit Ryan is the best coach in the league. The Jets were horrible before he got there. Missing the playoffs in 2005,2007,2008 and had poor records. Even when they made it in 2006 they weren't a threat. In ryans two years there they have made the AFC championship game and have won 4 playoff road games against great teams. Why else would the Jets go from a non contender to one of the leagues most scariest and best teams suddenly?
