I heard Vince was upset that he did not want to do a tribute for Macho Man Randy Savage, is it true?

Apparntly the beef between them is that Vince treated Macho like a son, but Macho didnt like his role with the company so once his contract expired he jumped to WCW without informing the WWF. But Vince needs to know its a business, and he should have put him in hall of fame, no matter what.
