Would you say that Al Davis and Jerry Jones both try to emulate eachother? more so that Jerry Jones tries to?

emulate Al Davis? I was at the Dog Park a couple of weeks ago and talking about Sports to this middle-aged guy and he said that Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones tries to emulate Al Davis, that Al Davis is Jerry Jone's idol. Also, that both owners would rather satisfy their own Ego instead of making the team better, isn't that why former Dallas Cowboys Head Coach Jimmy Johnson got fired by Jerry Jones? he was fired wasn't he? because when the Dallas Cowboys won back-to-back Super Bowls under him, Jerry Jones got jealous, envious of the credit, thats what I hear from the media, eventhough they would win another Super Bowl under Barry Switzer, that was clearly Jimmy Johnson's team. Since then the Dallas Cowboys have won 2 playoff games, went more than a decade without winning a post-season game and have not even reached the NFC Championship game since 1995 either. Also I believe thats why Al Davis got rid of Jon Gruden and look who the Raiders lost to in the Super Bowl? the Raiders would become the doormat of the AFC for the next 7 years, going 7 straight seasons losing 11 or more games, until last year the Raiders went 8-8 and then Al Davis fires Tom Cable, see a patten here?
