What is the hardest division in the NFL?

I think either the NFC south, with 3/4 teams being playoff talent. The NFC east with the giants eagles cowboys and sometimes redskins. Or the AFC south with the colts and the jaguars titans and texans, all 3 of which are capable of winning.
