What is the best pro wrestling match you've ever seen?

I imagine I'm going to get a lot of people saying Shawn Michaels vs Undertaker, HBK vs Bret Hart, Hart vs Austin etc, but I'm also very interested in matches outside of the WWE/WWF. Japanese wrestling, mexican wrestling and old WCW, AWA and ECW matches were all great too, so whats the best actual match you've seen?
