Need help choosing a computer?

My grandma has the first one windows 7 I believe it is. She loves it and Plays some games (not hardcore) and says it works great, now when I go to do something on it..it runs very slow (I think she may have a virus) most computers/laptops will get them. Personally I'm all about Apple computers. And I'm just a regular girl I don't play any games except sims on occasion because I'll get bored. I use it for other things like Internet browsing, downloading music, pictures, and school work. I love it and have never had ANY viruses. They're pricey but sometimes you can get very very good deals on them so I suggest looking for a MacBook. Cheap. If you can't find one the first one is a good choice
