Do you think this could happen if Punk wins at MITB?

Like he said last night he would bring the wwe title to ROH or New Japan Wrestling and since there wouldent be a wwe title in wwe they could make a new wwe title and get rid of the spinner belt and create a new wwe title and there could be a tournament to see who gets the new title what do you think?
