Do you think that vince mcmahons motive was to destroy wrestling companies in the past?

When vince mcmahon sr. owned world wide wrestling federation, he had hopes of a free market. He thrived on competition. when vince mcmahon jr took over, it seemed as if though he nationalized and then internationalized WWE for one purpose. That purpose being is that so the small middle class wrestling corporations who couldn't nationalize got drove out of buisness. i think vince mcmahon did that deliberatly to shut down the competition. He almost did it with wcw/nwa but with one exception and that was ted turner. He had every ambition of taking vince out and thats when the two big mega corporations fight it out. WWE turned out to be the big victor here. just recently tna tried to go head to head on monday nights with wwe and they literally scewed themselves in the ratings. Do you think that vince mcmahons ambitions are to shut down the competition and to make wwe the only wrestling show that people should watch?
