Are we basically back in the early 90's in the WWE?

Rewind a couple of years back in the WWF/E. They called themselves "Sports Entertainment" and their program was PG at the time. Now, when WCW came in and kicked their asses in ratings, the WWE had no other option but to become more creative and more freedom to compete with the WWE. Now, fast foward to 2011, we are basically in the same position in the eraly 90's of the WWF/E. Will we see another boom in professional wrestling?
